Chris Evans: Car sick already?

Spies on the Top Gear set have released photos of Chris Evans throwing up trackside, after he rode shotgun with Sabine Schmitz in an Audi R8 V10 at Laguna Seca Raceway in Monterey, California.

Schmitz screeched to a halt when Evans felt ill, where he jumped from the car and leant against a crash barrier as the liquid gold flowed. It is safe to say that motion sickness from Sabine’s legendary driving skills was to blame, but one could imagine that Evans’ stomach must be also churning from the situation he has now found himself in.

Aside from the many articles reporting on the turmoil surrounding Series 23 of Top Gear, there were new reports this week that Evans is struggling to master the art of driving and talking to the camera at the same time – a vital skill. It has also been said that the updated version of the show has struggled to attract any big-name guests for the Star in a Reasonably Priced Car segment. Perhaps they should ditch it once and for all?

While Evans’ latest vomit fuelled disaster isn’t good news for the show, it would be unfair to expect him to be perfect right from the word go. But one must question whether he’s up to the task…

I’m starting to feel sorry for him!

Seems like this man is the most unfit for this job. Some of me hopes Sabine will carry the show, and some of me just wants to see it crash and burn.
