Top Gear

Top Gear Series 22 starts January 2015. Probably.

A recent post by Jeremy Clarkson on Twitter seems to suggest that Top Gear Series 22 won’t be airing until January next year – so unfortunately it looks like we’ll all be waiting a bit longer for it. The good news is this gives the Top Gear team tons of time to come up with (hopefully) a bunch of great new ideas for the show.

In the meantime if you’re looking for spoilers, check out our Series 22 Spoilers post – it already had a bunch of Top Gear sightings and we’ll continuously update it right up until Series 22 hits our screens.

Unless he meant it will air in January and contain 13 episodes. It was a two part question and he gave a two part answer.

I saw a tweet from Jeremy about some filming in Morrocco on July 7. Visit his twitter to see for yourself.

“After a nine day tour in five countries, I’m now off to Morocco. To start filming for series 22.”

Thanks Chuck, we’ve seen that post on Twitter. We’re waiting for more information (and hopefully some photos) to emerge before we post it up in the spoilers post.

I would rather they produced two seasons of decent top gear TV per year , rather than them becoming slack and enjoying the easy life of live shows. TG has been going since 2002 and every year there has been at least two seasons with 6 episodes or more. At least the TV show could be re-watched unlike live shows, This is very upsetting and If its true (which is doubtful because its JEZZA)then there is a gloomy image coming towards the poplar show. My thoughts and opinions FarmerNIC

Oh c’mon guys. . . . . I just can’t wait that long! Yesterday was too late already to start airing the new series!

What “a little longer” no a little longer would be 2 or 3 months not 5 or 6 months. They are signed up to do least 12 episodes a year, this is not good at all .

He just tweeted Jeremy Clarkson ‏@JeremyClarkson 2m

Key word there is start… So January sounds right. Hopefully the Christmas special will air on time this year but lets be honnest that is unlikely.
