Top Gear finds a new Stig

It has been reported in The Sun that Top Gear has found a new Stig.

The Top Gear trio apparently visited a secret “Stig farm” to inspect a herd of carefully reared mystery racing drivers. A source at the farm said: “People don’t know there is a secret farm where we breed lots of different Stigs. We’ve found just the one.”

The heard of Stigs inspected by Clarkson, Hammond and May included red, blue and green versions – and even a bright pink one.

The new Stig will return to duties next week as part of Top Gear Live, and will also return for Top Gear series 16.

A new colour would be nice, but I think they will select another white one. There’s a lot of Top Gear merchandise out in circulation which would suddenly become obsolete if they changed his colour. He’s an icon!

Who knew they had Power Ranger Stigs. I hope it’s the blue one. It would be nice to have something other than white for the new stig.
